Cookies and Cream Popsicles Recipe
These delicious cookies and cream popsicles will keep you cool on a hot day. They're simple to make with only a few ingredients and are suitable for both children and adults.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 6 hours
- Total Time: 6 hours, 10 minutes
Instructions
- Whisk together heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until sugar is dissolved.
- Stir in the crushed cookies until well combined.
- Fill popsicle molds halfway with the mixture, leaving a little room at the top for expansion.
- Insert the popsicle sticks and place in the freezer for at least 6 hours, or until firm.
- Run popsicles through warm water for a few seconds before gently pulling out.
- Enjoy.
