• 1 cup strawberries, hulled and chopped
• 1 cup blueberries
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup milk

• Cook Time: 4 hours
• Total Time: 4 hours, 10 minutes

Instructions

• Puree strawberries, blueberries, and honey in a blender until smooth.
• In a separate mixing bowl, combine heavy cream and milk until well combined.
• Divide the berry puree evenly between the popsicle molds.
• Fill molds to the brim with cream mixture and berry puree.
• Insert the popsicle sticks and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
• To serve, run popsicles under warm water for a few seconds before gently pulling on sticks.
