Ingredients

• Softened cream cheese, 8 oz
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 cups fresh strawberries
• 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
• 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Time Needed

• Prep Time: 20 minutes
• Cook Time: 4 hours
• Total Time: 4 hours, 20 minutes

Instructions

• In a blender, puree the strawberries until smooth.
• Separately, beat the cream cheese until it is light and fluffy.
• Beat the cream cheese with the Greek yogurt, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
• Combine the strawberry puree and graham cracker crumbs in a mixing bowl.
• Fill popsicle molds halfway with the mixture and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
• To serve, briefly run the popsicle molds under warm water to loosen the popsicles from the molds.
