Ingredients

• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 2 cups fresh strawberries
• 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 cup water

Time Needed

• Prep Time: 15 minutes
• Total Time: 15 minutes

Instructions

• Strawberries should be pureed in a blender until smooth.
• Combine water and sugar in a small saucepan.
• Stir occasionally over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
• Remove from the heat and add the lemon juice.
• Combine the pureed strawberries and the sugar syrup.
• Fill popsicle molds halfway with the mixture and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely frozen.
