Peach Coconut Popsicles Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 cups chopped peaches
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1 coconut milk can (13 1/2 oz)

Time Needed

• Prep Time: 10 minutes
• Cook Time: 4 hours
• Total Time: 4 hours, 10 minutes

Instructions

• In a blender, puree the chopped peaches until smooth.
• Combine the blended peaches, coconut milk, and honey in a mixing bowl.
• Fill popsicle molds halfway with the mixture and insert popsicle sticks.
• Freeze the popsicles for at least 4 hours, or until they are solid.
• Run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the popsicles.
