  • Combine the coconut milk, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
  • To combine, stir everything together thoroughly.
  • Incorporate the blueberries.
  • Fill each popsicle mold about 3/4 full with the mixture.
  • Popsicle sticks should be inserted and frozen for at least 4 hours, or until completely frozen.
  • Run the popsicles under warm water for a few seconds before gently pulling them out of the molds.
