Mango and Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles Recipe

These refreshing and healthy Mango and Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles are perfect for hot summer days. Sweet mango and tart strawberries in a creamy yogurt base will satisfy your sweet tooth while also providing a protein and probiotic boost.

Ingredients

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 4 hours
  • Total Time: 4 hours, 10 minutes

Instructions

  • Combine the mango, yogurt, milk, and honey in a blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth.
  • Fill each popsicle mold about a third of the way with the mango mixture.
  • Fill each mold about 2/3 full with diced strawberries.
  • Fill the remaining spaces in each mold with the mango mixture.
  • Place popsicle sticks in each mold and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
  • Run the popsicles through warm water for a few seconds before gently pulling on the popsicle sticks to remove them from the molds.
