Strawberry Kiwi Popsicles Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 cup chopped strawberries
• 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 cup chopped kiwi

Time Needed

• Prep Time: 15 minutes
• Cook Time: 5 minutes
• Total Time: 20 minutes

Instructions

• Puree the strawberries and kiwi in a blender until smooth.
• Bring the sugar and water to a boil in a small saucepan.
• Reduce the heat to low and continue to cook for 5 minutes, or until the sugar has dissolved.
• Allow the sugar syrup to completely cool.
• Combine the lime juice and the cooled sugar syrup in a mixing bowl.
• Combine the fruit puree and sugar syrup.
• Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
