Rocky Road Popsicles Recipe

These rocky road popsicles are made with almond milk, cocoa powder, chopped almonds, and mini marshmallows.

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
• 1/2 cup chopped almonds
• 1/2 cup maple syrup
• 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Time Needed

• Prep Time: 10 minutes
• Total Time: 10 minutes

Instructions

• Blend almond milk, cocoa powder, and maple syrup in a blender until smooth.
• Fill popsicle molds two-thirds full with the mixture.
• Divide the chopped almonds and mini marshmallows evenly among the popsicle molds.
• Popsicle sticks should be inserted and frozen for at least 6 hours, or until completely frozen.
• To remove the popsicles from the molds, run a few seconds of warm water over the molds and gently wiggle the popsicles out.
